{Tutorial} Hanging Paper Garland

It doesn't get much easier than this.  I think you're going to see this a lot in some of my upcoming parties.  Its SO easy and just adds a nice touch to any background, table decor, doorway...the options are endless really!  Here's a short tutorial on how I created this garland for a table backdrop...

First, I used my cricuit to cut various size circles.

I also used circle punches for the smaller circles.

You can use either tape or a glue gun to attach to the ribbon.

Yes, I'm not ashamed to admit I took the quickest and easiest route.

And the result is the same!

An easy peasy way to add a beautiful touch to your party!

The Cutest Princess Tea

I loved this adorable and intimate Princess Tea Party I created for a client of mine.  Whether its 5 or 25 guests, no detail is left out.  Its one of my most requested party themes but I have never created the same party twice.  Each is different based on the little princesses personal requests and own personality traits.  Here is a Perfectly Pink Princess Tea Party for 5!

The little ladies enjoyed dress up, face painting, nails and make up sessions, pin the lips on the frog, crafts, and brunch with the Princess!  They all felt like royalty and lived happily ever after!  :)

My Handmade Invitations

I'm not a graphic designer, and I don't pretend to be.  I'll leave that to the many talented women I admire in the graphic design world.  But I am proud of my handmade invitations I've custom designed myself.  They are clean, simple and full of CUTENESS!  I have never created the same invitation for more than one party.  I love to cordinate the entire theme of the party and that begins with the invitation.  Its the first thing their guests will see, and give them a hint to the flavor of the party, so its got to be an eye catcher!
But what do you do when you have no idea how to work in photoshop, or any of those other design programs you need to take an 8 week course to learn?  Well, my scrapbooking skills have helped for sure.  With some scrapbook paper, stickers, ribbon and clipart (thank goodness for Mygrafico.com!) I get to work!  Here are a few of my favorites...

Cooking Party

Yo Gaba Gaba Party

 Candyland Party

Princess Tea Party

Valentine's Day Cupcake Party

Pink Karaoke Party

Minnie Mouse Party

Maybe someday I will learn Photoshop!  But for now, I'm happy to be a bit different!  Thanks so much for looking!
